Product knowledge of consumer packaging

(Self Adhesive Labels & Shrink Sleeves)

l

Presentable, Excellent Communication,

Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated

l

Proven record of business growth YOY in

terms of number & volume.

l

Good knowledge of Business, Customers,

Industry, Geographical segment & major competitors.

l

Identifying customer needs and providing

solution for the same.

l

Identifying new markets and business avenue

l Continuously

evaluate new initiatives and work with operations team for faster TATs,

product development, quality, and service to ensure

l

customer satisfaction & retention.

l

Hands on experience with spreadsheet &

ppt with an understanding of data and trend analysis

l

Monitoring market trends, competitive

activity, and customer needs, and adjust strategies, as necessary.

l

Identifying recent business opportunities and

developing and implementing sales plans to penetrate new markets and customer

segments.

l Provides short term and

long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research

collection and analysis.

l





Collaborate with cross departmental teams

within the organization to develop successful marketing strategies either

directly with

l customers

or with strategic partners with the objective of driving growth

l Ability

to interact and communicate effectively with Top management.

Education &

Experience:

l Bachelor’s degree in marketing

l 3-10 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing,

must be from similar industry.
