1. Renewal Executive

? Experience: 2–4 Years

? Salary: ₹22,000–₹28,000 + Performance Incentives

Working days -Mon - Sat ,10am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer renewals and follow up before contract expiry.

* Build strong relationships with existing customers.

* Identify upselling and expansion opportunities.

* Coordinate with operations to resolve customer issues.

* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and Excel.

Requirements:

* Experience in account management, customer success, renewals, or B2B sales.

* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Excellent follow-up and negotiation skills.

2. CRM & Sales Coordinator

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Salary: ₹22,000–₹28,000





Key Responsibilities:

* Assign and track incoming sales leads.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.

* Monitor follow-ups and ensure no leads are missed.

* Coordinate with the sales team on daily activities.

* Prepare sales reports and track lead status.

Requirements:

* Experience in CRM management, sales coordination, or lead management.

* Good knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.

* Robust organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
