Our recruitment division works with organisations across multiple industries while we build technology designed to improve how companies source, evaluate, engage and manage talent.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who can take ownership of candidate sourcing, screening, coordination and recruitment delivery.

? Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and social platforms

Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements

Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification

Evaluate experience, skills, communication, salary expectations and notice period

Clearly communicate job responsibilities and employment terms

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process

Prepare professional candidate submission profiles for clients

Track submissions, interviews, selections, offers and joining status

Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM systems

Reduce candidate dropouts and interview no-shows

Coordinate with internal recruiters, management and client stakeholders

Support offer negotiation and joining follow-ups

Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring requirements

Ensure professional and transparent candidate communication

? Candidate Screening Responsibilities
