We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through lead calling, follow-ups, and online product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
* Call and follow up with leads from Ads, IndiaMART & Justdial.
* Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
* Conduct online demos of IVR, WhatsApp API & Notyfy+.
* Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
* Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
* Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Comfortable with calling and online demonstrations.
* Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel and lead management.
