Ensure availability of required materials, manpower, tools, and equipment.
Handle site-related issues and coordinate with management for timely solutions.
Maintain proper project documentation, drawings, reports, and records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed according to approved specifications.
Communicate project updates, delays, requirements, and issues to management.
Coordinate final inspection, completion, handover, and project closure
