About Ecomhub24Ecomhub24 is the e-commerce enablement and brand-scaling division of Fashion secret .

We partner with consumer brands to launch, manage and scale their businesses across Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio and other digital marketplaces.

Our ecosystem combines marketplace management, cataloguing, pricing, advertising, inventory planning, warehousing, fulfilment, analytics and growth strategy.

Our vision is to build and manage a portfolio capable of generating 10,000+ orders per day.

The RoleWe are looking for a Brand Head / E-commerce Growth Manager who can take complete ownership of the growth and performance of brands managed by Ecomhub24.

This is not just an account-management role. We want someone who can think like a business owner, understand numbers, identify growth opportunities and build systems that can scale brands profitably.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the monthly growth and overall performance of assigned brands.
- Manage brands across multiple marketplaces and categories.
- Develop and maintain brand-wise, marketplace-wise and SKU-wise P&L; sheets.
- Build effective inventory planning, replenishment and stock management systems.
- Develop pricing, discounting, margin and promotional strategies.
- Establish listing and cataloguing guidelines for different marketplaces.
- Monitor and improve product listings, content, keywords, images and marketplace compliance.
- Plan and optimise marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Track ROAS, ACOS, contribution margins and advertising profitability.
- Analyse sales, returns, cancellations, inventory ageing and SKU-level profitability.
- Identify hero products, underperforming SKUs and new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with cataloguing, warehouse, operations, advertising and marketplace teams.
- Develop and maintain SOPs,



dashboards and reporting systems.
- Conduct weekly and monthly brand performance reviews.
- Maintain proactive communication with partner brands.
- Ensure partner brands receive transparent reporting, actionable growth plans and solid operational support.
- Take ownership of partner satisfaction, retention and monthly growth.

What Success Looks LikeOver the first 6 months, the objective will be to create the systems, strategies and execution capability required to scale selected existing brands towards approximately 100–500 orders per day, depending on category, inventory and marketplace potential.

The larger Ecomhub24 mission is to build a diversified brand portfolio capable of generating 10,000 orders per day.

Experience in fashion, apparel, kidswear, lifestyle or consumer categories will be preferred.

You should be analytical, commercially minded, execution-driven and comfortable taking ownership of numbers and business outcomes.
