JOB DESCRIPTION – HR RECRUITERPosition: HR Recruiter

Location: Belapur, Sector 11 – Near Belapur Station

Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Gender: Female Candidates Preferred

Age: 20 to 28 Years

- Job Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Handle candidate documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
- Maintain good communication and professional relationships with candidates.




- Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Eligibility:Female candidates preferred.
- Age: 20–28 years.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with prior recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Candidates who can commute conveniently to Belapur Sector 11 are preferred.
