Fast-growing retail and distribution company in natural health and wellness products. We partner with Wellwith, a premium brand offering Himalayan Sea Buckthorn–based products.

Work Details:

Location: Wellwith Store, Marathahalli, Bangalore

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Languages: Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, English

Salary : Rs. 20,000/month (In-Hand) + Performance Bonus

Role:

Manage daily operations of the Wellwith Store, Marathahalli ensure great customer service, maintain inventory, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations

- Handle customers professionally and resolve complaints

- Train, mentor, and supervise store staff

- Build customer loyalty and repeat business

- Plan and execute strategies to improve sales; track daily/weekly/monthly performance

- Improve average order value (AOV)



through upselling, cross-selling, combos, and personalized recommendations

- Make 100–150 connected calls per day to online leads when walk-ins are low

- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation

- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and customer service teams

- Ensure statutory, safety, and company compliance

- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, footfall, lead conversion, AOV, and revenue

Eligibility:

- Undergraduate or Graduate (any discipline)

- 1+ year retail experience preferred; freshers with good communication can apply

- Billing software knowledge is an added advantage
