v Lead and oversee all quality control operations to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

v Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, SOPs, and checklists across all production processes.

v Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to maintain high quality standards.

v Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

v Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, R&D;, engineering, and supply chain) to resolve quality-related issues.

v Manage quality documentation, records, and audit reports in line with ISO/CE/GMP/ regulatory requirements.

v Train and mentor QC staff on inspection techniques, testing procedures, and quality standards.





v Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment for accurate inspection results.

v Lead internal and external quality audits, including customer audits and regulatory inspections.

v Investigate non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

v Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols, environmental controls, and safety standards.

v Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce rework, and improve efficiency.

v Collaborate with suppliers for quality assurance of incoming materials and vendor development.

v Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
