Job Title: Tax Analyst – International Voice Process

Role Overview

The US Tax Analyst (Calling/Support) interacts directly with US-based individual or business taxpayers over the phone and via digital channels to explain tax drafts, collect missing documents, and guide clients through the IRS tax preparation process.

Key Responsibilities

· Client Calling & Communication: Call US clients to explain Form 1040 (individual income tax returns), draft tax filings, or discuss financial details

· Query Resolution: Answer inbound/outbound calls and emails regarding tax returns, documentation requests, and basic tax rules.

· Information Gathering: Collect missing details, clarify financial data, and coordinate with internal tax preparation teams.

· Data Management: Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or ticketing tools with detailed call logs and client responses.

· Compliance Support: Ensure client interactions adhere to basic US tax workflows and data privacy standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Experience: Prior work experience in US taxation (calling, customer support, or basic tax preparation).





· Communication Skills: Excellent spontaneous verbal communication, active listening, and a explicit accent/articulation suited for US voice processes.

· Technical Knowledge: Basic familiarity with US individual tax concepts (such as Form 1040) and IRS document guidelines.

· Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in office software, email, and CRM/ticketing tools.

· Education: High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or any related field.

· Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts to align with US business hours.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Experience: 1 to 2 years

· Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred but not mandatory).

Work Details:

· Salary Package: ₹2.4 LPA-3LPA

· Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

· Working Days: 6 days a week, No cab facility. ·

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (Near Prakash Nagar Metro Station Opp Metro Pillar No 1365).
