We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Mobility Sales Lead to drive sales and distribution growth across Urban & Rural markets in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory across Urban & Rural markets.

• Manage and strengthen Direct, Indirect and Alternate distribution channels.

• Plan and drive product-wise and town-wise growth.

• Develop and expand distribution channels in new and emerging markets.

• Drive device, activation and recharge business through distributors.

• Manage key retail outlets, including Modern Trade outlets.

• Ensure effective implementation and compliance with company policies and processes.

• Monitor,



coach and train the sales team and channel partners to improve productivity and business performance.

• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:✅ 5–10 years of experience in Sales / Distribution / Telecom / FMCG / Consumer Business

✅ Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution management

✅ Experience in managing Urban & Rural markets

✅ Strong team handling, market development and execution skills

✅ Target-oriented with robust analytical and communication skills
