Role Overview:

Hiring: On-Site Talent Partner | Automotive Manufacturing

We are looking for a smart, entrepreneurial and high-energy recruitment qualified to be based at our client site in Talegoan, working closely with one of India’s leading automotive / automotive components manufacturing companies.

This is not a traditional recruitment role.

You will be the face of Live Connections at the client site — understanding the business, anticipating talent requirements, managing stakeholders and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly.

What you will do
- Work 4+ days a week on-site with the client.
- Understand manufacturing,



automotive and site-engineering requirements.
- Must be very data and process driven
- Act as the bridge between the client stakeholders and the Live Connections delivery team.
- Own the recruitment process and ensure the right processes and workflows are followed.
- Work with a dedicated sourcing team to identify and shortlist relevant talent.
- Personally understand the critical requirements and present the right profiles to the client.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and grow the engagement.
