Role Description

AevumX is seeking an experienced Lead U.S. IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is a hands-on recruitment role requiring strong experience in U.S. IT staffing, C2C recruitment, technical talent acquisition, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.





The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of U.S. IT recruitment experience, a strong network of consultants and staffing vendors, a proven placement track record, and expertise in recruiting across a wide range of technical skill sets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end U.S. IT recruitment, from requirement analysis and sourcing through screening, submission, interviews, negotiation, and placement.
- Focus primarily on C2C and W2 recruitment across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire requirements.
- Source and qualify consultants based on technical skills, work authorization, availability, rates, location, and client requirements.
- Maintain and expand a strong network of C2C consultants, candidates, staffing vendors, and recruitment partners.
- Recruit across Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, Infrastructure, and related tech
