Your Mission

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with approximately 1 - 2 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for managing key finance, accounting, compliance, reporting, audit, and business finance activities.

The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience in statutory compliances and financial reporting, and the ability to independently coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, internal stakeholders, and management.

What You'll Do

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Manage and review day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure activities.
- Review general ledger accounts, provisions, accruals, prepaid expenses, reconciliations, and period-end adjustments.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Management Information Reports (MIS).
- Ensure appropriate accounting treatment in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards / Ind AS and company policies.
- Analyse financial results, budget variances, expenses, revenue and profitability.

Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits and other financial reviews.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents and financial information required by auditors.




- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Support preparation and finalisation of annual financial statements.

Direct & Indirect Taxation

- Ensure timely compliance with TDS, GST and other applicable tax requirements.
- Review TDS deductions, payments, returns and reconciliations.
- Review GST workings, input tax credit, RCM requirements and GST returns.
- Coordinate with tax consultants for income-tax assessments, notices and other tax matters.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and reconciliations for statutory compliance.

Payroll & Employee-Related Compliance

- Review payroll processing and related accounting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS on salary and other payroll-related regulations.
- Reconcile payroll records with accounting books and statutory filings.

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

- Monitor receivables, collections and ageing.
- Review vendor payments, employee reimbursements and expense claims.
- Ensure proper accounting and documentation of vendor invoices.
- Monitor outstanding balances and support effective working-capital management.
- Review customer/vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Budgeting, MIS & Business Finance

- Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
- Prepare and analyse monthly MIS and management reports.
- Track revenue, costs, margins and profitability across departments/projects/business units.
- Perform variance analysis between actuals, budgets and forecasts.
- Provide financial insights to management and business teams for decision-making.
- Develop and improve financial dashboards and reporting processes.

Banking & Treasury

- Manage banking transactions and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flows and support short-term cash-flow planning.
- Coordinate with banks for operational and compliance-related requirements.
- Support foreign remittances and related documentation, wherever applicable.





Process Improvement & Internal Controls

- Develop and strengthen finance processes, SOPs and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation within finance.
- Improve accuracy, efficiency and turnaround time of financial processes.
- Support implementation and effective utilisation of accounting, ERP, reporting and automation tools.

What You Bring

- Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- Minimum 1 2 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit or related functions.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Experience in monthly/year-end financial closure.
- Experience handling statutory and/or internal audits.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Oracle or similar platforms would be an advantage.
- Exposure to Power BI or other reporting/analytics tools would be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage assignments and deadlines.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with auditors, consultants, banks and internal teams.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and growing organisation.
- Proactive mindset with an interest in improving and automating finance processes.
