As the first point of contact for our guests, your primary role will be to extend a warm welcome, ensure guest comfort, and deliver a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Guest Welcome Warmly greet all guests with a qualified attitude upon arrival.
Table Reservation & Seating: Manage reservations efficiently and escort guests to their assigned or preferred tables. Waiting Area Management: Smoothly manage the waitlist during peak hours and keep guests informed about estimated waiting times. Guest Engagement: Gather guest feedback and promptly address any minor requests or concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
Coordination:
Coordinate closely with the service staff and floor managers to maintain smooth table flow and service speed. Brand Representation: Uphold the restaurant's premium service standards and personal grooming guidelines at all times. Requirements & Qualifications: Education Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (Degree/Diploma in Hospitality is preferred).
Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and robust professional grooming standards. Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
