The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Entry-level role supporting the Release Management team with coordinating and tracking SAP changes and releases. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure releases are planned, communicated, and completed smoothly. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Support QA/Test Management in planning and executing testing across SAP and integrated applications.
- Perform manual, functional, regression, retesting, and UAT support based on requirements, scenarios, and test cases.
- Prepare, review, maintain, and execute test cases while documenting test evidence and results.
- Identify, log, track, retest, and close defects using Jira with proper descriptions, screenshots, severity, and priority.
- Use qTest to manage test cases, track execution, maintain defect status, and support requirements-to-test-case traceability.
- Prepare test status reports and metrics in Excel, coordinate with SAP/business teams, follow QA standards,



and escalate risks or blockers on time.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in IT, application support, operations, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of SAP, software changes, and release processes preferred.
- Solid communication, coordination, organization, follow-up skills, and basic MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook knowledge

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Understanding of SAP transports.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management, or Release Management.

- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, HPSM, Jira, or Azure DevOps

Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode
