Job Description:

Position Project Billing Executive
Department SAP
Location Bilaspur Plant, Haryana

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Prepare project sales orders, delivery documents, A/R invoices, and credit notes in SAP Business One as required by the approved process.
 Check customer PO terms, billing milestones, rates, quantities, taxes, retention, advances, and supporting documents before billing.
 Maintain the correct job number, project, branch, customer, and item details on each transaction.
 Track billed, unbilled, and pending billing values job wise and customer wise.
 Reconcile invoices with sales orders, project records, customer statements, and the general ledger. Investigate and resolve differences.
 Maintain an audit trail of customer POs, amendments, approvals, invoices,



and supporting documents.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
 Experience in project billing or commercial operations, preferably in electrical panels, EPC, construction, or manufacturing projects.
 Working knowledge of SAP Business One sales and A/R processes.
 Understanding of GST invoicing, customer PO terms, milestone billing, and credit notes.
 Robust Excel skills and attention to document and value reconciliation.
 Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and meet billing deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCE;
 Any Graduates
 3-5 Years of Experience
