Reviewstructuredclinicaldatamatchingitagainstspecifiedmedicaltermsanddiagnosesor procedurecodesandfollowestablishedproceduresdefinedbytheinsurerandtheorganization.



? Informprovidersasneededandfilecompletedprecertificationrequestsasperprocedureso Interactingwithprovidersfordischargesummeryetc..asandwhenrequired. ? Ensure100%accuracyofalltheauthorizationapprovalaspertheprocess. ? Anyauthorizationnotasperthelimitoraspertheprocesstobeescalatedtotheteammanageron priority. ? Anymedicalopinionrequiredfromthespecialisttobeescalatedtothespecialist. ? Ensuringprocesscomplianceismetasperregulatoryprocedures. ? MaintainingDailyexcelmaintenanceforPreauthcasesreceivedandprocessed. ? Solvingcustomerquerieswherevermedicalopinionsarerequiredandneedtobeaddressbythe medicalpractitioner PreferredSkills/Tools: •MedicalpractitionerBHMS/BAMS/BDS •0-3years'experienceinPre-AuthorizationandClaimsmanagement. •Soundmedicalknowledgeandwillingtoworkinnon-clinicprocess. •Minimumofoneyearexperienceinhandlingauthorization(preferred) •Shouldbewillingtoworkinshiftsandshouldbewillingtoworkfromoffice(noWFH) • Prior&relevantexperienceintheHealthTechIndustrywouldbeanaddedadvantage.; KeyResults •ExcellentInterpersonalSkills •Exceptionallyhighmotivationlevelsandneedstobeaself-starter. •Stronganalyticalskills •ExceptionallyHighlevelofproficiencyinMSOffice(PowerPointandExcel
