1. Project evaluation & accounting which includes evaluation of projects budget proposals, paybacks, preparing management approval note, Asset accounting, invoice processing, capitalisation etc.
2. Evaluation of routine capex proposals and monitoring.
3. Monitoring of loan license manufacturing / jobwork transactions, its GST compliances and accounting processes.
4. Drafting and reviewing Legal Agreements like Manpower agreement, Loan licence, CMO, HR/ Admin/ IT related agreements, confidentiality agreements, Consultants agreement etc.
5. Ensuring Plant GST, Income tax, labour laws and factory related statutory compliances.
6. Monitoring plant accounting and reviewing MISs.
7. Overseeing Accounts payable function including invoice processing, payments, vendor ageing etc.
8. Physical verification of Inventory and Assets.
9. Review of month end expense accruals and freight Provisions entries.
10. Development of system configurations in SAP required due to changes in law or business needs arises.
11. Overseeing internal audits, statutory audits and other government submissions related work.
12. Overseeing material movements from Plant like Scrap sales, stock transfers etc.
13. Tracking of plant related legal matters.
