Landscape Architect Responsibilities & Duties

- Conduct site assessments and analysis to determine project feasibility and potential environmental impact

- Develop landscape plans, including grading and drainage plans, planting plans, and hardscape design

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet their needs and requirements

- Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and construction documents

- Supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Maintain project records, including contracts, invoices, and project schedules

Landscape Architect Qualifications & Skills

- Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.

- Professional license as a Landscape Architect.

- Experience with 3D modeling software and geographic information systems (GIS).

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful projects.





- Membership in professional organizations such as the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).

- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field

- Licensed Landscape Architect with a minimum of 5 years of skilled experience

- Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

- Passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious design practice
