Job Description:

- Location: Delhi NCR preferred; relocation candidates may be considered.

- Practice: Risk Consulting | Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

- Role: Lead and grow the GRC practice, drive client delivery, business development, and team development.

- Lead complex GRC, risk, governance, and compliance consulting engagements.

- Advise senior client stakeholders on risk management, governance frameworks, controls, and compliance.

- Manage end-to-end engagement delivery, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.

- Identify business opportunities and contribute to proposals, pitches, and client acquisition.

- Support development of current GRC offerings and go-to-market initiatives.

- Mentor managers and consultants and build high-performing teams.

- Drive recruitment, capability building,



and knowledge sharing.

- Collaborate with international/network teams on cross-border engagements.

- Support domestic and international project opportunities.

- Experience: 12 15 years of relevant consulting experience, ideally at Senior Manager/Director level.

- Proven experience in client engagement management, team leadership, and business development.

- Consulting experience with Big 4 or established advisory/consulting firms preferred.

- Domain Expertise: GRC, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, ERM, Risk Consulting, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Governance.

- Sector: Multi-sector experience preferred; Oil & Gas experience is an advantage.
