1. Ensure the protected and efficient handling of aircraft on the ground, including marshalling, towing, and baggage handling
2. Assist with passenger boarding and disembarkation, including checking boarding passes and directing passengers to their seats
3. Conduct safety checks on aircraft before and after flights, including securing doors and checking emergency equipment
4. Communicate effectively with flight crews, air traffic control, and other ground staff to ensure the smooth operation of flights
