Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Operations Executive / Associate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking or an NBFC. In this role, you will manage initial loan file intake, conduct KYC and document verifications, compute basic financial eligibility, and coordinate with bankers and field investigation to ensure swift turnaround times for disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Screening & Intake: Scrutinize incoming loan files (Personal, Home, Auto, or Business loans) to verify document completeness, mandate forms, and applicant signatures.

KYC & Document Verification: Verify identity, address, and legal property/business documents strictly against RBI/regulatory guidelines and internal bank compliance policies.

Income & Credit Assessment: Conduct preliminary financial evaluations by reviewing 3-6 months of bank statements, payslips, and ITRs.

Credit Bureau Screening: Pull and interpret credit bureau reports (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax)



to identify adverse repayment trends, defaults, or high credit utilization.

Third-Party Coordination: Initiate and monitor external Field Investigation (FI), Residence Verification (RVR), and legal/technical property valuation checks.

Customer & Sales Team Liaison: Follow up with Bankers, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and applicants to resolve pending documentation queries and speed up file clearance.
