- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide SAP SD solutionsn
- Map client business processes and requirements to SAP SD configurationsn
- Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD functionalitiesn
- Identify gaps, issues, and propose effective workaround solutionsn
- Act as a liaison with business users for issue analysis and resolutionn
- Support high-priority issues, including urgent fixes and transportsn
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and supporting documentationn
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and simplificationn
- Provide support for current implementations, rollouts, and support projectsn
- Work independently and mentor junior team members when requiredn
