nRole Overview
nAs an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads, making outbound calls, nurturing prospects, and converting them into enrollments for SIEM XPERT's cybersecurity programs. You will work closely with marketing, trainers, and management to achieve monthly targets.

- Handle inbound leads from website, ads, and referralsn
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionalsn
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable coursesn
- Conduct product demos and explain course benefits clearlyn
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales trackersn
- Follow up consistently with prospects to close enrollmentsn
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIsn
- Coordinate with marketing team on lead quality and campaignsn
- Provide feedback on common student queries and objectionsn

- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Education Sales / EdTech Salesn
- Robust communication and convincing skillsn
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM toolsn
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity domain (preferred, not mandatory)n
- Target-driven, disciplined, and result-orientedn
- Good English and Hindi communication skillsn
