nJob Summary:
nWe are looking for a skilled SAP EWM consultant with 8-10 years of experience to manage a SAP EWM AMS as well Projects as a part of Application Management Services engagement. This role demands robust expertise across SAP modules, with a special focus on SAP EWM, and the ability to manage Change Requests (CRs) and custom application developments. The role requires working in a Mountain Time shift to provide overlap with the US-based client teams and ensure seamless coordination across geographies.

- Lead the day-to-day operations of SAP AMS support across multiple functional domains, including EWM, MM, SD,n




- Serve as the point of contact for AMS support and CR delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction and SLA adherence for SAP EWM.n
- Manage the full lifecycle of Change Requests (CRs) – from requirement gathering and effort estimation to delivery, testing, and deployment.n
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of both support and project activities.n
- Oversee incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution using tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.n
- Drive expectation management with stakeholders, proactively managing scope, timelines, priorities, and communications.n
- Support and guide custom development activities and interface solutions; collaborate with ABAP and technical teams.n
- Ensure effective team management: task assignments, performance monitoring, and resolving delivery challenges.n
- Handle cutover planning, release coordination, and transport management.
