nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Production Support Analyst to monitor production applications, troubleshoot incidents, and provide L1/L2 application support. The role involves application monitoring, issue resolution, SQL-based troubleshooting, incident management, and coordination with technical teams.
nKey Responsibilities
nMonitor production applications, jobs, interfaces, and system processes.
nProvide L1/L2 application support and troubleshoot production incidents.
nAnalyze application errors, logs, alerts, database issues, and failed batch jobs.
nResolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.
nCreate and track incidents, service requests, and problems using ticketing tools.
nPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues.
nCoordinate with Development, QA, Database, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
nExecute SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.




nMonitor scheduled jobs, batch processes, reports, and data loads.
nValidate application fixes and perform post-deployment verification.
nMaintain troubleshooting guides, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
nParticipate in production deployments and post-deployment monitoring.
nFollow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
nParticipate in on-call/shift support when required.
nRequired Skills
n1–2 years of experience in Production/Application Support.
nGood knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
nApplication/server log analysis and troubleshooting.
nIncident, Problem, and Change Management.
nKnowledge of ITIL concepts.
nExperience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools.
nBasic understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.
nUnderstanding of SDLC and production support processes.
nGood analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skil
