nFUSELEC is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Manager – New Business Development to lead new customer acquisition, market development and business growth across India and international markets.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers, markets and business opportunitiesn
- Build strong relationships with utilities, OEMs, EPCs, panel builders, distributors and channel partnersn
- Manage the complete prospect cycle from initial enquiry to quotation, negotiation and order conversionn
- Develop new export markets and strategic channel partnershipsn
- Coordinate with engineering, quality and manufacturing teams to address customer requirementsn
- Represent FUSELEC at customer meetings, business visits, industry forums, exhibitions and international eventsn
- Present the company's products,



capabilities and value proposition professionally to customers and business partnersn

nCandidate Profile

- n
- Relevant experience in Business Development, Industrial Sales, Export Sales or Key Account Managementn
- Experience in electrical, switchgear, power distribution or related industrial products preferredn
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and commercial skillsn
- Confident and professional in representing the company with customers and industry stakeholdersn
- Engineering and/or Business Management qualification preferredn
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationallyn
