nFirst American (India) is looking for an experienced Payroll & Statutory Compliance skilled to join our team in Bangalore.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee-related payroll activities. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, eager to learn,



and able to manage deliverables within defined timelines.

- Handle end-to-end payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.n
- Manage statutory compliance requirements related to payroll.n
- Ensure adherence to applicable payroll policies, processes, and timelines.n
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for payroll inputs, clarifications, and issue resolution.n
- Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation.n
- Support payroll reconciliations, validations, and compliance activities.n
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of payroll-related deliverables.n
- Support audits and provide required payroll and compliance documentation.n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and better operational efficiency.n
