Architect – B.Arch / M.Arch

Role: Architect

Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch

Experience: 2–6 years in Architecture / Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for projects.
Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Conduct site visits and ensure execution is as per approved drawings.
Prepare working drawings, presentation drawings, and project documentation.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
Review drawings and make necessary modifications as per project requirements.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
Assist in material selection, finishes, and design detailing.
Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues at site.




Maintain project drawings, revisions, and documentation.
Support project planning and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Required Skills:
B.Arch / M.Arch qualification.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drawing software.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, or similar tools.
Robust understanding of architectural design and construction.
Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
Good design, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
