Key Responsibilities
Administer and support AS400 / IBM i environments.
Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Manage and support HMC (Hardware Management Console) and LPAR (Logical Partitioning) settings.
Handle system configuration, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
Provide administration and troubleshooting support across Linux and Unix environments.
Monitor system health, capacity, availability, and performance.
Troubleshoot OS, hardware, connectivity, and system-level issues.
Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for production support and incident resolution.




Follow standard operational procedures, change management, backup, and recovery processes.
Support system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities as required.

Must-Have Skills
4+ years of experience in AS400 / IBM i Administration
Strong hands-on experience with AS400
Good knowledge of Linux and Unix administration
Hands-on experience with HMC
Strong understanding of LPAR
Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support
