We are looking for an Associate Manager with expertise in Bancassurance to join our Bancassurance department at Yes Bank. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of bancassurance products and services, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

The Associate

Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing bancassurance strategies, managing a team of associates, and ensuring seamless integration with other banking departments. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving Yes Bank's bancassurance business forward and contributing to the bank's overall growth and success.

What does the job entail?
Oversee the bancassurance business, ensuring alignment with bank's overall strategy and goals
Lead a team of bancassurance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives
Develop and implement bancassurance plans, policies, and procedures to drive business growth
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as risk management, compliance, and product development, to ensure seamless integration of bancassurance products
Manage relationships with key customers,



including insurance companies, to drive bancassurance business
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and agents to expand bancassurance offerings
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
Develop and maintain bancassurance product offerings, including insurance and risk management solutions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies, while promoting bancassurance business growth
