Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will assist senior architects and project managers in design development, technical documentation, and project coordination from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models
Support design development and concept presentations
Produce detailed working drawings and construction documentation
Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.)
Conduct site visits and assist in site coordination
Prepare presentation materials, renderings, and client documentation
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Participate in team meetings and design reviews

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
4+ years of professional experience
Solid design sensibility and technical understanding




Knowledge of building construction and detailing
Positive communication and teamwork skills

Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Working knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
MS Office proficiency
