Roles and responsibilities:
Equipment selection / Cost Estimation / Quotation .
Preparing Technical Submittal.
Preparation of Cost sheet and getting it approved by Sales Engineer/Sales Manager.
Tracking the project based on enquiry from customers.
Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule
select unit models and quote based on price list & Cost Sheet.
Preparation of Compliances.
Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval.
Sending the order acknowledgement to customers.
Must have skills
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in HVAC systems - AC Equipments / Ventilation/Building Services
Understanding of Heat Load Calculations, Technical Submittals, Quotations
Knowledge about the Google sheets and Docs or MS office is an added advantage
Reading of AutoCAD drawings
