Role & responsibilities
Involve in customize designing of Punch & dies drawings and tablet tooling press.
Preparing the General Arrangement drawings and 3D Models.
Assist in compiling design to CNC machine for accurate machining.
Involve in sketch work of the Punch & Dies tooling.
Creating the 3D Model of Difference types of Molding Dies & Patterns.
Completing the task in a set time frame.
Should possess positive analytical ability.
Should be able to give Application view point and suggest solution on Punch and dies issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Should have knowledge of Design Software: AutoCAD & Solid Works
Candidate must have knowledge of Coating & MOC (Materials of Construction)
Should have analytical knowledge of issues related to sticking, picking (tacking), capping and should be able to suggest solutions of punches.
