JOB SUMMARY

Studio Tasmay is looking for a slightly nerdy but fun Assistant Architect to join the team. In this role, you will work alongside senior architects and designers to design and execute interior architectural projects while ensuring smooth communication with the Clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create architectural design conceptualization with spatial ideations & multiple iterations
Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite while having a proficiency in creating rendered visualizations using software like VRay, Enscape, D5 & Lumion
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality design and customer satisfaction
Attend site visits and meetings with clients, vendors, and contractors
Prepare and adhere to project timelines and project budgets.
Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local requirements (wherever necessary)




Assist with preparing construction documents (dockets, checklists) and coordinating with contractors and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s (mandatory) or Master’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 2 years of skilled experience in architecture or related field
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape/VRay/D5 rendering tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Knowledge of construction and materials
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
