Job Responsibilities
Handling a team of 3 to 5 Area Managers and Branch Managers.
Ensuring better delivery, quality, and overall operating relationship of the company.
To monitor Product Mix/Riders so that branch profitability is maintained.
Formulating business development plans to achieve business targets.
Maximizing customer satisfaction level, monitoring customer complaints and providing productive services.
Preparing MIS of team members and keep a track of their performances.
Developing and sustaining the existing network of esteemed financial consultants and clients.
Ensure the activation of old financial consultant drive team for continuous recruitment of recent financial consultants.
Optimising sales methods to best acquire, develop and retain customers.
