Job Overview

We are looking for an Associate Technical Recruiter to join our onsite recruitment team in Amritsar. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT/Technical recruitment, strong communication skills, and an interest in working in the US IT staffing domain.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for US IT/Technical positions.
Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
Search candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on skills, experience, location, and availability.




Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiting teams.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work according to US shift timings and recruitment targets.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of IT/Technical recruitment.
Understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc. is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a night-shift setting.
Willingness to work onsite in Amritsar.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
