Key Responsibilities:
Helps to identify and evaluate risks and control gaps in audited activities.
Assists in internal audit.
Assist in conducting periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Help streamline and improve accounting processes by actively participating in process improvement initiatives.
Draft the initial observations, along with relevant annexures/backing documents, and share them with the audit manager for review.
Do regular follow-ups for implementation of audit recommendations.
Undertakes detailed test procedures like testing of sampled invoices, vendor agreements, variance analysis, etc. as per the directions given by the Audit Manager.
Should have 2 years of relevant work experience in the Internal Audit function

Qualifications:
CA Dropout / MBA/Graduate/ACCA/CMA upto 5 years of relevant experience (Internal Audit)
Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.




Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior exposure in CA firms or industry
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual willing to learn and grow within a energetic team.
