Key Responsibilities
Business Growth: Drive loan origination, meet sales targets, and assess local market potential.
Operations Management: Oversee daily branch workflow, cash handling, customer service, and resource allocation.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and supervise branch staff and sales officers.
Risk & Collections: Monitor portfolio quality, assist credit teams, and oversee recovery of overdue payments.
Compliance: Enforce company policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations.

Requirements & Skills
Experience:



3 to 5 years in banking or financial services, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role. Product experience (like gold loans or housing finance) is often required.
Skills: Robust leadership, target-driven sales orientation, financial acumen, and local market knowledge.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
