BACKEND DEVELOPER
Location: India/UAE | Full-Time | In office Graystone Capital is building a secure, scalable AI-powered internal CRM and automation ecosystem. We are hiring a Backend Developer to architect and develop the core infrastructure powering our systems. Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable backend architecture
Develop APIs and microservices
Integrate CRM, ERP, financial systems, and AI engines
Optimize database performance
Ensure data security and system reliability Required Skills
Robust experience in Python / Node.js / Java
Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL
API design and integration expertise
Cloud deployment (AWS / Azure preferred)
