Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time/ part time work from home , This role supports daily operations of the wellness and fitness facility, including overseeing staff schedules, coordinating client services, and ensuring a clean, protected, and welcoming workplace.

Manager monitors customer experience, resolves client concerns, and supports membership sales, promotions, and retention activities.

Responsibilities also include assisting with budgeting, inventory management, reporting, and implementing operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Ability to manage day-to-day operations, including staff coordination, scheduling, and facility oversight.
Strong customer service and communication skills to support members, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
Experience with basic administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, reporting, and inventory tracking.
Understanding of wellness, health, or fitness environments, with the ability to promote healthy lifestyle services.
Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Comfort working on-site in a rapid-paced setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in an assistant manager or supervisory role in retail, hospitality, or fitness is preferred.
Relevant diploma or degree in business, management, hospitality, sports management, or a related field is beneficial.
