We are looking for an experienced AU Manager – Procurement to lead procurement activities for defined categories and drive category management maturity, sourcing performance and savings/value contribution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead procurement and performance for defined categories
Develop strategic and tactical category plans
Drive global sourcing projects and savings/value contribution
Manage key & strategic supplier relationships and escalations
Lead supply-risk management and mitigation actions
Monitor savings and value contribution through PDCA
Build external supplier networks and identify value-add opportunities
Support talent management and coach category team members
Monitor procurement KPIs and category performance

Requirements
4–7 years of relevant Procurement experience




Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
Solid knowledge of strategic sourcing and global procurement processes
Understanding of markets, bidding strategies and negotiation methods
Solid supplier relationship and negotiation skills
Knowledge of relevant procurement IT applications
Solid influencing, communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience managing complex operational, financial and business requirements
