We are looking for an experienced Azure PaaS L3 Engineer for a client requirement in Pune.

Role: L3 Support / Azure PaaS Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 production support for Azure PaaS services and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot complex Azure application, networking, performance and availability issues.
Manage and support Azure PaaS services including:
Azure App Services
Azure Functions
Azure Logic Apps
Azure API Management (APIM)
Azure Storage Accounts
Azure Key Vault
Azure SQL Database
Azure Monitor
Application Insights
Log Analytics
Work on Azure networking components including:
VNET Integration
Private Endpoints / Private Link
DNS Resolution
Application Gateway
Azure Front Door
NSG
Azure Firewall
Perform incident troubleshooting, RCA and permanent resolution for production issues.
Work with infrastructure teams on VMware or Hyper-V,
Storage and Backup environments.
Monitor application and infrastructure health, identify performance issues and implement improvements.
Collaborate with application, security, networking and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

Ideal Candidate
9–12 years of IT/infrastructure experience with strong hands-on Azure PaaS exposure.
Robust experience in Azure networking and production troubleshooting.
Experience with VMware or Hyper-V.
Good understanding of Storage and Backup.
Proven experience handling L3 / production support and RCA.
Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
