The Role

We're looking for a Brand Consultant who pairs a robust design sense with outstanding communication skills. You'll be the face of Dischh Marketing: preparing and presenting brand communication proposals to win new clients, guiding existing clients through their branding journey, and steering our creative team to deliver work that earns their trust.

Key Responsibilities

New Client Proposals & Onboarding
Understand prospective clients' business, market, and challenges through meetings and research
Develop tailored brand communication proposals covering approach, scope, and deliverables
Present proposals persuasively and convince prospects to onboard with Dischh Marketing
Ensure a smooth handover from proposal to project kick-off

Client Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients, building solid, long-term relationships
Lead discovery meetings to understand business goals, audience, and branding needs
Present concepts and designs, clearly explaining the thinking behind them




Handle feedback and concerns with tact and keep clients updated on progress

Creative Coordination
Translate client needs into transparent creative briefs for designers, copywriters, and video teams
Review work for quality and brand consistency before it reaches the client
Manage timelines, deliverables, and revisions to ensure on-time delivery

What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills: fluent, confident spoken and written English and Hindi
Engaging, persuasive presenter who can win over business owners and senior decision-makers
Strong listener who asks the right questions to uncover what clients truly need
Ability to write compelling proposals and explain design choices in simple, convincing terms
Solid understanding of branding: logos, visual identity, typography, colour, layout, and brand guidelines
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Figma, plus Google Workspace/MS Office
Well organised, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects at once

Qualifications
Bachelor's in Design (B.Des), Fine Arts (BFA), or Visual Communication preferred
