Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team in an inbound voice process.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of SLA and productivity targets.
Track and control shrinkage, attendance, and attrition.
Handle escalations and ensure high-quality customer service.
Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
Experience in BPO / Inbound Voice Process.
Solid understanding of SLA, shrinkage, and team performance metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
