About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Bartender / Mixologist to craft signature cocktails, deliver exceptional bar service, and create an engaging atmosphere for guests at our venue.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature mixology recipes, spirits, draft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Design seasonal beverage menus, curate mocktail options, and experiment with flavor profiles and garnishes.
Maintain complete bar cleanliness, stock ice and garnishes, and adhere strictly to sanitation and food safety rules.
Track beverage inventory, log spillage/breakage, and report restock requirements to the bar manager.
Engage warmly with patrons,



take custom orders, recommend drink pairings, and maintain cash register/POS transactions accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Skilled certification or Diploma in Bartending / Mixology or Hotel Management preferred.
1–3 years of proven experience as a bartender/mixologist in a lounge, fine dining restaurant, or high-volume bar.
Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, classic cocktail recipes, pouring techniques, and glassware.
Robust customer service etiquette, speed of service, and dynamic personality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
