Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Conduct market research and outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements
Maintain records of client interactions and pipeline
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
Basic understanding of sales/business development (preferred, not mandatory)
