Sales Tracking & Analysis – Track primary and secondary sales vs forecast across lighting and fans, on a daily/weekly/monthly basis – Build and maintain sell-in vs. sell-out dashboards, stock & sales reports, and KPI trackers – Track distributor- region and channel-wise performance against targets.
CRM Setup & Ownership – Lead the setup of a CRM platform built for a B2B + B2C distribution business
Keep the data clean: regular audits, de-duplication, and data quality checks at 95%+ accuracy Put together periodic MIS reports and dashboards that leadership can use without needing you to explain every line – Turn raw sales and CRM data into recommendations on product, pricing and channel strategy
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
