What You Will Do • Qualify and assess leads based on customer preferences , budget, location, and move-in requirements.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective customers through timely and consistent follow-ups.
Meet potential customers and understand their accommodation requirements.
Conduct property visits and coordinate with customers for site visits.
Achieve assigned individual and team targets related to lead qualification, follow- ups, conversions, and bookings.

What You Will

Learn • Real, hands-on experience in sales.
Learn how to identify, assess,



and qualify potential customers throughout the sales funnel • Develop hands-on experience using CRM systems , lead-tracking tools, and sales reporting platforms.

Who We Are Looking For • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (B. Com, BBA, or related field).
Valuable at talking to and convincing people.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A quick learner who is eager to understand sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
Growth-minded, looking to build a career in business development and sales.
